When Donovan’s pitch for the “evergreen mobile” Christmas advert is turned down, lacking heart, the company teams him up with Christmas lover Melanie.

Melanie is described as “too nice” so she is only too happy to jump on board and lend a hand. Once she finds out that Donovan doesn’t have any merry Christmas memories, it is time for a crash course in Christmas.

Donovan believes that “The only thing magic about Christmas is the sales numbers”. Melanie is going to try and change his mind with all of the best festive fun, with markets, family and secret Santa!

Excited to think he has finally cracked the ad, Donovan steams over Melanie to present his designs, only for the pitch to be turned down again. Will Melanie learn how to stand up for herself? Will Donovan find that a secret Santa is what he has needed all along? Will the team crack the advert?

With Love, Christmas is packed with the cheese and predictability that makes Hallmark films so easy to watch.  As you watch these two develop, helped along with friends and family, you can’t help but get the warm feeling in your belly as you bite down on that fifth cookie! It features all of the traditions that make you want to jump right into Christmas. Get the kettle on, settle in and unwind whilst you feel your Christmas spirit grow. Snacks are a must, as Melanie says herself, “Christmas spirit is sensory”!
