Welcome to the Christmas Lovers’ Club. The website is a fun space with an online blog, product directory, and free members area which has a magazine and some offers and discounts. The website is a space for every Christmas Lovers. The Christmas Lovers’ Club was set up to celebrate everything that’s good about Christmas.  You can join for free and receive our magazine filled with Christmas cheer – not only a good read but also filled with lots of special offers as well as with news of award winning products that make great presents or delicious treats.  Members also benefit from our regular competitions and quizzes with some fun prizes.

If like us, you love everything about Christmas, from the lights and decorations to the food and drink; from the history and traditions to the latest gifts; from the seasonal movies to that yearly sense of wonder, then we have one thing to say to you:  Join the Club!

SUBSCRIPTIONS
We may offer a subscription-based program to access some features on our website. By joining our subscription-based program, you agree to timely pay all charges incurred by your account, including applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the charge becomes payable. We reserve the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for services we provide, and to institute new fees, charges or terms effective upon prior notice to customers (which may be sent by email to the address you have most recently provided us). If users go onto business listings from our site we hold no responsibility for any of the products purchased through businesses we simply promote the products only. Businesses do pay to be in the directory, kindly read through our business terms for that.

Without limiting any other remedies, The Christmas Lovers’ Club may suspend or terminate the Service if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Service.

CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
You are responsible for managing your plan, if you wish to cancel your subscription at any time for any reason, you may do so by communicating with us. Failure to do this before the due date will result in renewal of the plan for the current period, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS. Once cancellation is confirmed and the currently paid Subscription Plan Period expires, all your Customer Data and Customer Material will be deleted from the Service.

PERMISSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
You agree and accept to heed to the following Code of Conduct by using any part or functionality of the Site or Services.
